Wooden Floor

INSTALLATION

Floating: it is the process in which the subfloor is covered by a polyethylene 2 mm (0,0787 inches) thick and a waterproof canvas underneath, and the wooden floor on top of it. They are installed by assembling the pieces and placing them together through their male-female fittings, without gluing the base. Therefore, the floor remains floating, forming a solid group.

•	The subfloor must be appropriately regularized, cleaned and vacuumed before installation.
•	The subfloor should not have any signs of humidity or water leaks.
•	It must be even, without alterations.
•	Wooden floors cannot be installed on any type of carpet.
•	In case of refurbishing, the baseboard must be removed before laying the floor.
•	Even though this is a wooden plywood structure with great stability, the wooden floor will suffer the effects of dilation and contraction due to atmospheric variations (air moisture and temperature); that is why it is essential to leave a space for dilation, so that the floor will not heave or perspire. Dilation should be of 10 mm (0,3937 inches), and this space will be covered by the baseboard.
•	The baseboard must be more than 10 mm (0,3937 inches) wide to cover the dilation space and it should be fixed to the wall and not to the floor.
•	The floor can be freely used 12 hours after installation.

SPECIFICATIONS

Plywood formed by 5 planks of high density shaped woods, covered with 2 sheets of noble woods. The 7 sheets are glued together with the crossed fiber, which guarantees a greater stability, preventing tips from heaving and separations to appear among the planks after installation.

WARRANTY

• Structure: 10 years.

• Superficial finishing (varnish) 7 years.

•Comply with the requirements pre-established on the pro forma and/or contract.
